Prior to joining Committed Advisors, he was a partner of Access Capital Advisers, a leading Australian investment advisory firm based in Sydney, where he led the Private Equity Group for four years, advising Australian pension funds on their private equity investment activities.

Prior to this role, he worked at AXA Private Equity as an investment manager in New York (USA) for five years until 2006. There he was involved in sourcing, pricing and executing secondary transactions as well as performing due diligence on primary investments in North America. In that capacity he worked closely with Daniel Benin, Barthélémy de Beaupuy and Jean‑Baptiste Stock. Guillaume initially started his career in the Corporate and Investment Banking division at Banque Paribas (subsequently BNP Paribas).

Guillaume graduated from ESSEC Business School, a leading French business school in Paris. He obtained his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter in 2005.
